Alaska’s Corrupt Courts Do Harm
As someone who has appeared before 3rd Judicial District Judge Pamela Washington on numerous occasions, I was recently surprised to learn of her announced retirement! Alaska criminals and misfits in this region must be surprised and distressed to see this incompetent criminal-enabling member of the AK Bench step down. After all, Judge Washington was just retained in her position during the November 7 election!

At age 62 Her Honor probably wants to spend more time with her grand kids. This might also be an opportunity to tour Anchorage elementary schools to reinforce the lie about how Alaska’s courts dispense justice for Alaskans.
I Recommend She Now Move to a Safer Place–As I Had To

My experience before Judge Washington exemplifies how broken and corrupt AK Courts have become in an obvious attempt to keep from sending criminals to our crowded correctional system money pit. She was not the only biased judge I had to deal with as I was falsely accused of things I would never do. This will be an on-going background theme of my online platforms for years to come.
All Public Institutions in Alaska are Money Pits
My own last interaction with Judge Washington, in a filing to the court January 29, 2025 may have contributed to her decision to retire.
I hope so.
Other Alaskans have contacted me on their own experiences with Judge Washington–all were disgusted.
As a law-abiding Alaskan, I have spent more than three years dealing with corrupt Alaska courts, as I have sought justice from violation by Outside scammers. I have written all of my pro se pleadings in journalistic style with the obvious intention of eventually publishing the travesty of dealing with AK judges like Washington–who presided in two separate criminal-coddling cases.

Judges don’t respect the court of public opinion unless forced to. Judges are glib and sacrosanct. We may expect that attitude from any of the eight now looking to get appointed to Washington’s empty seat on the AK Courts Gravy Train. If more people damaged by our courts documented their cases for public review perhaps the paradigm could shift, but there are risks if you reside in Alaska.
I have published a few stories about this and have more pending.
But imagine if retention wasn’t a sure thing for most judges in every election!

What are the chances that Judge Washington might respond in my favor to my pleading from January? Not likely.
Judges are paid regardless of competence. In response to Borden’s latest demand for Liston’s physical address in Philippines he sent this (partial screenshot) statement declaring his own reply email was at the stolen ID former Email address of Liston (donnliston.com). That wasn’t Borden’s standing address with the court.

Here is my pleading to Judge Washington:
Beyond being violated by Bordens, Liston attempted to get a tenant out of his Eagle River home, and AGAIN suffered with Judge Washington, who issued a flawed order that couldn’t be served by AST. This allowed the tenant to become a squatter, causing thousands of dollars of additional damage when utilities were not paid the house was allowed to freeze-up.
I have learned that Landlords fear AK Judges who make them sorry they filed against scofflaws who sign meaningless contracts to inhabit rental properties and cannot be collected from while judges dither.
I know none of this matters to anybody at the Alaska Court System, and I may still take Bordens’ sorry asses to federal court, but I wanted to take this opportunity to wish Judge Washington well in retirement and offer her this warning about staying in Alaska as a senior citizen.
Alaska is in steep decline on many levels. Smart Alaskans can do better almost anyplace else–especially anyone with an Alaska judge’s retirement.
You won’t be missed, Judge Washington.
